    1. 1/2 c. sugar

    2. 2 tbsp. cornstarch

    3. 1 c. water

    4. 1 pkg. strawberry Jello

    5. 1 qt. fresh strawberries or frozen

    6. 1 (9) pie crust

    7. 1 container Cool Whip topping

    Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

    1. Cook pie crust as directed on package. While crust is baking, cook first 3 ingredients in pan until thick. Mix 1 package of strawberry Jello into mixture. Slice strawberries into pie crust, then pour mixture into pie crust. Chill until thickened. Top with Cool Whip before serving.
