  1. 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

  2. 1 cup Thick 'N chunky salsa , divided

  3. 1 bag (16 oz.) salad greens

  4. 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese

  5. 3/4 cup ranch dressing

  6. 1/4 cup pitted ripe olives

  7. 12 tortilla chips

  8. 1/2 cup sour cream

  1. COOK and stir chicken in 1/4 cup of the salsa in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 8 min. or until chicken is cooked through.

  2. TOSS with greens and cheese in large bowl.

  3. ADD remaining 3/4 cup salsa and dressing; toss lightly. Spoon evenly onto 6 salad plates. Decorate each serving with pitted ripe olives , tortilla and dollops of sour cream.
