  1. 4 cups 948ml Quartered peeled potatoes

  2. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Cauliflower - cut into florets (small)

  3. 1 Asafetida

  4. 3/4 teaspoon 3.8ml Ground turmeric

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Chilli powder

  6. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Ground cumin

  7. 3/4 teaspoon 3.8ml Salt

  8. 1 Big pinch sugar

  9. 2 Tomatoes - chopped

  10. 1 1/4 cups 296ml Water

  11. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Garam masala

  12. 1/2 cup 118ml Wheat berries -

  1. Add all ingredients to a crockpot and cook on LOW for approximately six hours. If you're adding wheat berries, cook them on HIGH with an additional cup of water for an hour, then add remaining ingredients and cook on LOW.

  2. With the wheat berries, if things start drying out, add more water.
