  1. 2 tablespoons Basmati rice

  2. 1 1/2 liters fresh milk

  3. 1/2 liter condensed milk

  4. 1/4 cup raisins

  5. 12 almonds -- chopped

  1. Preparation : Boil fresh milk with rice and reduce quantity to 1 liter. Add condensed milk and keep stirring for some time. Add raisins and garnish with chopped almonds. Serve hot or cold.
