  1. 2 Anchovy Fillets

  2. 1 1/2 c Mayonnaise

  3. 1 ts Dijon Mustard

  4. 2 tb Parmesan Cheese

  5. 1 ts Worcestershire Sauce

  6. 1 tb Lemon Juice

  7. 1/4 ts Black Pepper

  1. Chop and mash the anchovy fillets on a cutting board.

  2. Put in a bowl and blend in the mayonnaise.

  3. Add the remaining ingredients and blend well.

  4. Cover and chill.

  5. Makes about 1 3/4 cups of dip SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Seafood, Deli Roast Beef Or Turkey, Radishes, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Snow Peas
