  2. 3 tomatoes, diced

  3. 2 avocados, diced

  4. 6 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese

  5. 4 large eggs, hard-cooked, sliced

  6. 1/4 cup black olives, sliced Bottled or homemade blue cheese dressing for accompaniment ( click here for a recipe )

  1. Arrange tomatoes, avocado, blue cheese, turkey, hard-cooked eggs and olives over a bed of shredded romaine lettuce.

  2. Serve with blue cheese dressing.
