  2. 1 cup soft -- whole wheat bread -- crumbs

  5. 1/4 cup chopped carrots

  6. 1/4 cup chopped tomato

  7. 1 tablespoon parsley flakes

  8. 1/2 teaspoon powdered thyme

  9. 1 dash pepper

  10. 2 tablespoons water Pound steak to tenderize. Cut pocket in center of steak. Combine remaining in gredients and mix well. Stuff steak and secure opening with skewers. Broil

  11. 3 inches from heat

  12. 3-4 minutes on each side, or longer to taste. To serve cut th in slices diagonally across grain.
