  1. 2 C Parmesan Cheese

  2. 2 Blocks of Cream Cheese

  3. 1 package of Bacon

  4. 1 Sweet Yellow Onion

  5. 1C Chives

  6. 1 Clove Garlic

  7. 1 C Mayonnaise

  1. Fry the bacon until crispy, then sauté the onions in the bacon grease until they are clear. Blend the Cream Cheese and mayo together well, then fold in the Parmesan cheese, bacon and onions. Hollow out a round of bread and fill with the bacon cheese mixture and bake at 250 for 30 minutes, or until it is warm all the way thru. Garnish with fresh Chives.
