  1. 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken

  2. 1 1/2 cups cooked rice

  3. 1 (10 ounce) package frozen green beans, thawed

  4. 1 cup fresh bean sprouts

  5. 1 medium green pepper, chopped

  6. 1 small onion, chopped

  7. 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley DRESSING:

  8. 1/3 cup sour cream

  9. 2 tablespoons water

  10. 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  11. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  12. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  13. 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

  14. 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  1. In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Whisk dressing ingredients together in a small bowl. Pour over salad; toss to coat. Refrigerate 8 hour or overnight.
