  5. 1/4 c olive oil

  6. 2 cloves garlic, minced

  7. 2 lb fresh broccoli, cooked,

  8. chopped 4 c Italian tomato sauce

  9. 1 lb ziti, cooked according to

  10. package 1/2 c Parmesan cheese

  11. 1/4 lb Mozzarella cheese, grated

  12. 2 lb (16 oz.) low fat Ricotta

  13. cheese

  14. 1/2 c seasoned bread crumbs

  15. 2 TB toasted wheat germ

  16. Heat olive oil in skillet. Saute garlic until softened, not brown. Stir

  17. broccoli into garlic oil; set aside. In casserole (9x13), layer half

  18. tomato sauce, half the ziti, half Parmesan cheese* and all Mozzarella*,

  19. all broccoli, all Ricotta. (*Have cheeses mixed together.) Then layer

  20. remaining ziti. Add sauce, crumbs, wheat germ and remaining Parmesan.

  21. 350 degrees for 35 minutes

  22. 10 minutes longer if dish

  24. 15 minutes of

  25. cooking. Sauce should be bubbling and top lightly brown.
