  2. 12 lamb cutlets, trimmed tabouli, tzatziki, Lebanese bread, to serve Baharat spice rub

  3. 1 1/2 tablespoons sweet paprika

  4. 1 tablespoon ground black pepper

  5. 3 teaspoons McCormick Ground Cumin

  6. 2 teaspoons ground coriander

  7. 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

  8. 2 teaspoons ground cloves

  9. 1 teaspoon ground cardamom

  10. 1/2 teaspoon ground star anise pinch of ground nutmeg

  1. Method Make baharat spice rub: Place ingredients in a bowl. Mix well to combine. Combine oil and 2 tablespoons spice rub (see tip) in a bowl. Brush over both sides lamb cutlets. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes, if time permits. Preheat a barbecue plate on medium heat until hot. Cook lamb for 3 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking. Serve with tabouli, tzatziki and Lebanese bread.
