  1. 4 pounds beef chuck roast

  2. 1 large onion chopped

  3. 1/2 cup celery chopped

  4. 2 tablespoons vinegar

  5. 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  6. 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce

  7. 4 tablespoons lemon juice

  8. 1 cup ketchup

  9. 1 teaspoon chili powder

  10. 1 1/2 cups water

  1. Combine all ingredients and pour over meat. Cook at 350o until meat is done. (three hours).

  2. Shred with 2 forks or put through meat grinder.

  3. Return the meat and sauce back to the oven so the sauce is fully absorbed.

  4. Can be frozen.
