  6. 18 lg Marshmallows

  7. 1/2 c Walnuts; coarsely chopped

  8. 8 1-oz squares semisweet choc.

  9. 1. Line a 9x5x3 loaf pan with waxed paper. Lightly butter waxed paper.

  10. 2. Arrange marshmallows over bottom of prepared pan. Sprinkle the chopped

  11. walnuts on and around the marshmallows.

  12. 3. In top of double boiler, over hot, not boiling, water, melt chocolate,

  13. stirring occasionally.

  14. 4. Remove from heat. Pour the melted chocolate over the marshmallows and the walnuts, smoothing with spatula. Let cool.

  15. 5. When firm, cut into rough squares with a sharp knife. Makes about 1 lb.

  16. To store: Wrap each piece individually in waxed paper and plastic wrap.

  17. Will keep several weeks at room temperature.
