  1. 1/2 cup 118ml Water

  2. 1 1/2 cups 240g / 8 1/2oz Brown sugar

  3. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Worcestershire

  4. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Yellow mustard

  5. 1/4 cup 7 1/2g / 1/3oz Catsup

  6. 1/2 cup 118ml Black pepper

  7. 1/2 cup 118ml Red pepper

  8. 3/4 cup 177ml Red wine vinegar

  9. 1/4 White wine

  10. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Salt

  1. The larger recipe makes about 2 gallons, the smaller recipe makes about a quart. It doesn't need refrigeration. Simply mix all ingredients well in a large pot and simmer for 30 minutes. Let cool and bottle. The pepper gets rid of the gamey flavor. The kids fight over venison marinated in this stuff.
