  1. 1/2 c Ff yogurt

  2. 1 c Cottage cheese

  3. 1/4 c Tomato juice

  4. 1 tb Onion flakes

  5. 1/4 ts Dry mustard

  6. 1 ts Lemon juice

  7. 2 tb Catsup

  8. 1 ts Soy sauce

  1. Sieve cottage cheese and fold in yogurt. Blend in mustard, soy sauce, catsup, tomato juice and onion flakes. Makes 2 cups.
