  1. 1 lb ground beef

  2. 12 oz bacon chopped and fried crisp

  3. 2 tsp onion flakes or onion powder

  4. 2 tsp beef bouillon

  5. 1 tsp garlic powder

  6. 1/2 tsp salt

  7. 1/2 tsp pepper

  8. 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  9. 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese

  10. 4 slices American cheese

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients and mix very well. Mix the sharp cheddar and Swiss cheeses and lightly press into 1/4 cup balls. Divide meat into four balls, patty out each ball into 5 inch circles about 1/4 inch thick. Place ball of cheese into center of meat, wrap meat around cheese, patty out burger to about 3 inch circle about 1/2 inch thick. Grill burgers about 5 minutes per side or to desired doneness. About 1 minute before removing from grill, top each burger with a slice of American cheese.
