  2. 1 Tablespoon Butter

  3. 1 teaspoon Cumin

  4. 1/4 cup Onion, diced

  5. 1/2 cup Hot pepper, diced

  6. 1 pound Tomatoes,chopped OR 2 cup Fresh tomato peeled,chopped

  7. 3/4 cup Crushed pineapple

  8. 1/4 cup Lime juice

  9. 1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon, ground

  10. Salt & pepper

  1. In saucepan, melt butter. Add the cumin, onion and hot pepper. Saute untilthe onion is translucent, 2-3 min. Add the tomatoes, pineapple, limejuice, and cinnamon. Simmmer for 30 min. Season to taste with salt andpepper. Cool. Serve at room temp. Exceptionally good with grilled fish.
