  1. 3 c Vegetable or tomato juice

  2. 1 md Onion; minced

  3. 2 md Tomatoes; diced

  4. 1 Green bell pepper; minced

  5. 1 Garlic clove; crushed

  6. 1 md Cucumber; diced

  7. 2 tb Lemon juice

  8. 2 tb Red wine vinegar

  9. 1 ts Dried tarragon

  10. 1 ts Minced fresh basil

  11. 1 pn Ground cumin

  12. 1 ds Hot sauce

  13. 2 tb Olive oil

  14. 2 hours. HINT: Out of time? Forget al the mincing and chopping. Cube the vegetables, then throw all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend slowly until the vegetables are chunky and the soup is well blended. Preparation time:
