  1. 16-ounce package fully cooked shredded BBQ pork

  2. 4 corn muffins or large cornbread pieces

  3. 1 cup Dilled Broccoli Slaw

  1. Place pork in 8" microwave-safe dish and cover with microwave-safe waxed paper. Heat on high for 7-9 minutes or until hot, stirring once, OR heat according to package directions. To serve, split corn muffins or cornbread pieces and place two halves on each plate. Spoon hot barbecued pork over muffins and top with slaw; serve immediately. Serves 4
