  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Medium egg noodles

  2. 6 Eggs

  3. 1 Ct sour cream - (16oz)

  4. 1 Ct cottage cheese - (8oz)

  5. 1 cup 198g / 7oz Sugar

  6. 2 teaspoons 10ml Ground cinnamon

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Vanilla extract

  8. 3/4 teaspoon 3.8ml Salt

  9. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Chunky apple sauce

  10. 1/2 cup 80g / 2.8oz Raisins

  1. Recipe Instructions Preheat the oven to 350F. Coat a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with vegetable oil spray. Prepare the noodles according to package directions; drain, rinse and drain again. In a large bowl, with an electric beater on medium speed beat the eggs, sour cream, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt until well combined. *With a spoon, stir in applesauce, raisins, and noodles. Pour into the prepared dish, and bake for 60 to 65 minutes, or until center is set and the sides and tops are lightly browned.
