  1. 1 cup milk

  2. 1 cup rolled oats

  3. 5 minutes prior to adding to the rest..

  4. 2 tbsp oil

  5. 2 beaten eggs

  6. 1/2 cup whole wheat flour

  7. 1 tbsp brown sugar

  8. 1 tsp baking powder

  9. 1/4 tsp salt

  1. How to make it Combine the first two ingredients and let them stand for five minutes. Then, add the remaining ingredients and stir until smooth. Fry as you would any other pancake. Cover with maple syrup, or alternate topping as listed below. NOTE: confectioner's sugar, butter, corn syrup, jam or jelly can be used as toppers. Garnish the dish with fresh orange slices and melon.
