  6. 1 cn (12 oz) beer or ale (no lite)

  7. 2 ts Baking powder

  8. 1 x Handful chopped green onion

  9. 1 x Dash salt

  10. 1 x Handful grated cheese (opt)

  11. Stir flour, salt, and baking powder together. Add beer. Stir in green

  12. onions and cheese, if desired. Knead dough briefly, adding more flour

  13. if sticky. Shape into a round loaf and place in a greased pie pan or 375 degrees for 30 minutes, until

  14. golden brown or until loaf sounds hollow when tapped. --
