  1. 3 cups pistachio nuts or 450 g, peeled

  2. 12 slices toast bread or 360 g, crust removed, chopped

  3. 1 tablespoons rose water

  4. 1 tin NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk or 397 g 2 teaspoons vanilla powder

  5. 1 cup pistachio nuts or 150 g, finely chopped

  1. Preparation Place pistachios and toast pieces in a bowl of an electric mixer and mix until well combined. Add rose water, NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk and vanilla powder and beat again until all ingredients are well combined. Place the mixture in a bowl, cover and chill for 1 hour. Form the mixture into small balls; coat them in the chopped pistachios. Place on a plate, cover and refrigerate. Serve with hot coffee.
