  5. 6 ea Artichoke hearts, cut in

  6. -half

  7. 1 c Green beans, cooked, drained

  8. -and chilled

  9. 1/2 ea Bermuda onion, thinly sliced

  10. 1 c Peas, cooked, drained and -chilled

  11. 1/2 c Radishes, sliced

  12. 2 c Salad greens, broken

  13. 1 ea Tomato, cut in eighths

  14. 3/4 c Salad oil

  15. 1/4 c Vinegar

  16. 1/4 ts Sugar

  17. 3/4 ts Salt

  18. 1/8 ts Pepper

  19. 1 ea Clove garlic, crushed

  20. 1 ea Egg, hard-cooked, chopped

  21. 1/4 c Mustard pickle

  22. Place artichoke hearts, green beans, onion, peas, radishes, salad greens

  23. and tomato in salad bowl. Toss together lightly. Place the next 8

  24. ingredients in a jar or shaker; blend thoroughly. Pour enough dressing over

  25. salad to moisten and toss lightly again. Makes 6 servings.
