  1. 1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 1 inch rings

  2. 2 medium peaches, peeled and cut into 1 inch thick slices 2 medium nectarines, cut into 1 inch thick slices 3 tablespoons honey

  3. 1/3 cup melted butter

  4. 2 tablespoons rum Pound cake Frozen yogurt

  1. Place pineapple in a large resealable plastic bag. Add honey, butter and rum. Seal bag and shake to coat evenly. Marinate for 30 minutes. Preheat a gas grill for medium high heat and lightly oil grate. Cut pineapple slices in half and thread on 8 skewers alternating with chunks of peach and nectarine. Grill pineapple 4-6 minutes, turning halfway through, or until caramelized and heated through. Serve warm with pound cake and frozen yogurt.
