  1. 60g (2 oz) brown rice

  2. 150ml (5 fl oz) water

  3. 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

  4. 200ml (7 fl oz) warm water

  5. 400g (14 oz) bread flour

  6. 2 tablespoons caster sugar

  7. 1 teaspoon salt

  8. 1 1/2 teaspoons dried active baking yeast

  1. In a saucepan bring water to a boil. Add rice and stir. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Drain.

  2. Place cooked rice and remaining ingredients into the bread machine pan. Select cycle; press Start.
