  4. 2 t. salt

  5. 2 c. sugar (1 brown 1 white)

  6. 1 T.

  7. 1t. baking powder

  8. 4 eggs

  9. 2 t. cinnamon

  10. 1/2 t. nutmeg

  11. 5 c. regular oats

  12. 2 c. milk

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Mix all ingredients in mixer with paddle. Add milk last. Spra PAM in pan. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until firm to the touch and golden brown. Yield: serves 10 Notes: Great served hot or cold. Top with your favorite fruit and a bit of cream for a well rounded delicous breakfast or snack. Great to make the night before.
