  1. 1 1/2 C. Sliced Strawberries

  2. 1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard

  3. 1/4 C. White Wine Vinegar

  4. 3 Tablespoons Honey Salt and pepper to taste

  5. 1/2 to 3/4 C. Canola oil SALAD Fresh Spring Mix Lettuce Fresh Baby Spinach Sliced Strawberries Toasted Almonds Crumbled Feta Cheese Thinly sliced red onion Cooked grilled

  1. Dressing: Puree strawberries with vinegar, mustard, honey, salt and pepper in a blender. Drizzle in oil and blend until creamy. Mix greens and sliced chicken in bowl. Add dressing and toss together. Arrange onion slices, sliced strawberries and cheese on top of salad. Sprinkle toasted almonds on top for crunch. Dressing will keep in covered jar in fridg for 1 week.
