  3. 12 oz. fresh-squeezed lime juice

  4. 12 oz. pureed ripe honeydew

  1. In a pitcher, muddle mint leaves and simple syrup with a muddler or a long-handled spoon. Add remaining ingredients, including ice, and stir well, adjusting flavor levels according to taste. Pour into ice-filled glasses. Garnish
