  1. 2 Avocados - mashed

  2. 2 Taco seasonings - (Ortega)

  3. 3 Chopped tomatoes

  4. 1 Chopped scallions

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Lemon juice

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Mayonnaise

  7. 1 cup 237ml Sour cream

  8. 1 cup 237ml Mayonnaise

  9. 3/4 cup 109g / 3.8oz Monterey jack cheese

  10. 3/4 cup 109g / 3.8oz Sharp cheddar cheese

  11. 1 Sliced black olives

  1. Shred cheese and mix together. Mash avocados with 1 TBS lemon juice and 1 TBS mayonnaise. Mix Taco mix with sour cream and 1 cup mayonnaise.

  2. Mix cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses together. Put in layers, starting at bottom of dish.

  3. Serves 20. Recipe may be halved.

  4. Serve in a flat dish, such as a 9" pie plate.
