  11. 1 pk Sugar cookies -- (10 ounces)

  14. 1 pk Unflavored gelatin

  15. 1/4 c Sugar

  16. FILLING

  17. 16 oz Cream cheese -- soft

  18. 8 oz Sour cream

  19. 2 tb Butter

  20. 2 tb Corn starch

  21. 2 lg Eggs

  22. 1 c Sugar

  23. 1 t Vanilla

  24. 9 square pan in

  25. the oven until butter melts. Combine crumbs with

  26. gelatin and sugar. Remove 1/4 c crumbs to use as

  27. garnish. Stir remaining crumb mixture into the melted

  28. butter in the pan, patting mixture evenly over bottom

  29. of pan. Bake exactly 8 minutes. Mix until light and fluffy cream cheese and sour cream. Beat in butter,

  30. corn starch, eggs, sugar and vanilla. As soon as crust

  31. is baked, put out oven rack without removing pan and pour filling directly over hot crust. Sprinkle top

  32. with reserved crumb mixture and return to bake at 350

  33. 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted comes out

  34. clean. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Let cool 30 minutes before
