  1. Pasta Salad

  3. 1 cucumber, diced

  4. 2 tomatoes, diced

  5. 1 cup broccoli florets

  6. 1 cup carrots, shredded

  7. 1/2 cup black olives, sliced

  8. 2 pounds rotini, tricolored

  9. 1 1/4 cups canola oil

  10. 1 teaspoon pepper

  11. 3/4 cup red wine vinegar

  12. 1 tablespoon dried oregano

  13. 1 tablespoon dried basil

  14. 1 tablespoon garlic, granulated

  15. 3 tablespoons Spike all purpose seasoning

  16. 1/2 cup Romano cheese, grated

  17. 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  18. To make dressing, mix canola oil, pepper, red-wine vinegar, oregano,

  19. basil, garlic, all purpose seasoning, cheese and mayonnaise in

  20. blender container and blend until smooth; set aside.

  21. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse in

  22. cold water. Fold together pasta and vegetables. Fold in dressing.

  23. Garnish with additional Romano, if desired.
