  1. 1/4 c Bisquick baking mix

  2. 1/4 md Green pepper, cut into 1/4"

  3. 1/8 ts Pepper

  4. 1/4 ts Paprika

  5. syrup, drained

  6. 8 1/2 oz Can pineapple chunks in

  7. 1/4 ts Salt

  8. 9 oz Jar sweet and sour sauce

  9. 1/4 c Cornflakes crumbs

  10. halves (about 1 1/2 lb.)4 Boneless chicken breast

  1. Mix baking mix, crumbs, salt, paprika and pepper in plastic bag.

  2. Moisten chicken with cold water.

  3. Shake chicken in bag, one piece at a time, to coat.

  4. Arrange chicken, skin sides up and thickest parts to outside edges, in square microwaving dish, 8 x 8 x 2".

  5. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high (100%) 8 minutes; rotate dish 1/2 turn.

  6. Microwave until done, 6 to 8 minutes.

  7. Place remaining ingredients in 4 cup microwaving measure.

  8. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high (100%) 3 minutes; stir.

  9. Cover with waxed paper and microwave until green pepper is crisp-tender, 2 or 3 minutes.

  10. Serve over chicken.
