  1. 6 oz 170g Cooked turkey breast

  2. 1/3 cup 20g / 0.7oz Finely chopped onion

  3. 1/4 cup 27g / 1oz Packed grated carrot

  4. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Finely chopped apple

  5. 1/3 cup 78ml Plain non/low-fat yogurt

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Mayonnaise -

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Lemon juice

  8. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Curry powder

  1. Cut turkey into small pieces. Process the turkey and onion together in food processor, or chop them together by hand. Add remaining ingredients, mixing them well. Chill the spread before serving it.
