  1. 3 to 4 Boneless, skin-on chicken breasts 1- can cream of chicken soup OR cream of mushroom soup (our family prefers I use Cram of Mushroom)

  2. 1-1/2 Tbls of Whroestershire Sause

  3. 1/2 to 1 tsp Minced GARLIC (canned from grocery store) OR 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  4. 10 to 14 oz Frozen or Fresh Broccoli tops (frozen in BAG works best or fresh; frozen in Box IS A HASSLE, it's messy & time consumer) 4-Tbls BUTTER (or 4-Tbls Canola or OLIVE OIL) BUTTER is BEST for FLAVOR or use 2-Tbls of each & MIX TOGETHER. 1 - CAN MUSHROOM PIECES (portabella preferably, but button mushrooms are ok too)

  5. 1/2 Tsp salt

  6. 1/2 cup WATER OR SKIM MILK -- RICE: Cook separately --

  7. 1/2 cup to 1 cup cooked rice for each person or 1/2 cup to 1 cup rice for each chicken breast depending on how much your family will eat. I prepare 2-chicken breasts for my hubby along with

  8. 1 cup rice for him as he's a hard-working, big-eater! I eat 1-pc of chicken &
