  1. 2 cups 396g / 13oz Sugar

  2. 1 cup 237ml Applesauce

  3. 8 oz 227g Healthy choice egg product

  4. 2 teaspoons 10ml Vanilla

  5. 6 Ripe bananas-mashed

  6. 4 cups 250g / 8.8oz Flour

  7. 2 teaspoons 10ml Baking soda

  1. Recipe Instructions 1. Cream together sugar and applesauce.

  2. Add egg product and mix well.

  3. Add vanilla and bananas and mix well.

  4. Sift flour with soda, add gradually until all blended in.

  5. Bake both loaves at 325F for about an hour. (With both loaves in the oven at the same time it usually takes a little longer.
