  1. 1 box Pillsbury Hot Roll Mix

  2. 2 lbs mild sausage (ie. Bob Evans - can use hot sausage for half)

  3. 1/2 cup chopped onion s

  4. 2 T parsley flakes

  5. 2 egg s Salt & pepper to taste

  6. 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

  7. 2-3 cups shredded mozzarella /swiss

  1. Prepare the hot roll mix accd. to directions. Let rest under bowl while preparing skillet items. Lightly brown sausage and onions skillet. Then add parsley 2 beaten eggs, salt & pepper, and cheeses. This will make a gooey mixture. Divide dough into 2 pieces. Take one and roll out onto floured surface into a big retangle. Spread ½ of meat mixture over top and roll, pinching the ends until it is pinched shut. (I like to curve mine into a crescent moon shape) Repeat for 2nd loaf. Bake at 375 about 45 minutes, brushing melted butter on top for the last 10 minutes. Cover with foil if bread is getting too brown. Serve with marinara sauce.
