  1. 3 cups salsa

  2. 1 1/4 cup sliced black olives, drained

  3. 1 1/4 cup sliced green olives, drained

  4. 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese

  5. 2 Tablespoons snipped chives Tortilla chips

  1. Pour salsa, black olives and green olives into large saucepan over medium heat. Heat but do not boil. Add cheese and stir frequently until cheese is melted. Ladle into serving dish and sprinkle chives on top. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
