  1. 1 loaf (16 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Cinnamon Swirl Bread , cut into cubes (about 8 cups)

  2. 6 egg

  3. 3 cup milk

  4. 2 teaspoon vanilla extract confectioners' sugar maple-flavored syrup

  1. Place the bread cubes into a greased 3-quart shallow baking dish. Beat the eggs, milk and vanilla extract in a medium bowl with a fork or whisk. Pour the milk mixture over the bread cubes. Stir and press the bread cubes into the milk mixture to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
