    1. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Smucker's Cherry Preserves

    2. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Coarsely-chopped onion

    3. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Coarsely-chopped red bell pepper

    4. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Coarsely-chopped green bell pepper

    5. 2 cups 125g / 4.4oz Coarsely-chopped fresh tomatoes

    6. 1/4 cup 23g / 0.8oz Minced jalapeño

    7. (or other hot chile pepper)

    8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Hot pepper sauce

    9. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

    1. Combine all salsa ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Blend for one to two minutes to combine. The salsa will be slightly chunky. Adjust the seasonings (salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce) to taste.
