  1. 1 pound sausage

  2. 1 pound ground beef

  3. 1/8 cup finely chopped onion

  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

  5. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  6. 8 hamburger buns

  1. In a large bowl combine together sausage, ground beef, onion, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Divide evenly into 8 portions. Lightly form patties to thickness desired. Grill burgers over medium hot coals until well done, about 7 to 8 minutes or place in a preheated oven and broil for 15 minutes.
