  3. stick 1 Fennel Seeds

  4. tsp 1 Fish

  5. piece 4 Oil

  6. tbsp 1 Pearl onions(chopped)

  7. 15 Red chillies

  8. 5 Salt

  9. to taste little Tomato(finely chopped)

  1. Clean and marinate the fish in turmeric powder and salt for 5 mins 2. Saute fennel seeds and red chillies with too less oil for 1min.

  2. Coarse Grind the fennel seeds and red chillies.

  3. Heat oil in a kadai/pan 4. Splutter curry leaves and add the ground masala. Fry it for 1/2 min.

  4. Add onions and fry till light brown.

  5. Add tomato and little salt and water . Cook for 5 mins or till half done.

  6. Add fish pieces and allow it to cook in medium flame.

  7. Switch off the stove when the oil separates. Note: Fish can be any variety.. You can get seer/king fish or cat fish as per your liking.
