  1. 1 medium size cucumber

  2. 2 medium size tomatoes

  3. 1 white onion

  4. 1 tsp brown sugar

  5. 1 small size ginger

  6. 1/2 cup cane vinegar

  1. Wash cucumber onion and tomatoes. Strip the cucumber and slice it to half longitude size then slice again in desired size. Slice onion and tomatoes and get the seeds of tomatoes. Place it on a serving plate.

  2. Strip the ginger and put it in a small mixing bowl, pour the vinegar and add sugar. Dissolve the sugar completely.

  3. Ready to serve.
