  1. 4 Chick breast - halved, skinned boned

  2. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Flour with salt and pepper

  3. 1/3 cup 78ml Oil

  4. Sauce

  5. 1 Pineapple tidbits

  6. 1 1/4 cups 296ml Juice -

  7. 2/3 cup 157ml Cider vinegar

  8. 3/4 cup 148g / 5 1/5oz Sugar

  9. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Ginger

  10. 1 Chicken bullion cube

  11. 2 tablespoons 30ml Cornstarch

  12. 1 tablespoon 15ml Soy sauce

  13. 1 Mandarin oranges - (10 oz.)

  14. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Maraschino cherries-halved

  1. Shake chicken in bag with flour, salt and pepper; brown well both sides in hot oil. Put in 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 F. for 20 Min.

  2. FOR SAUCE: Mix all ingreds. except pineapple, oranges, and cherries. Boil for 2 min., stirring. Pour sauce over chicken. Add pineapple, oranges, cherries.

  3. Baste and bake 20 minutes more. Accompany with hot cooked rice.
