  1. 1 quart pomegranate juice

  2. 3 fluid ounces white vinegar

  3. 1 cup fresh orange juice

  4. 1/2 cup SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated

  5. 8 cups mixed greens

  6. 2 ounces goat cheese

  7. 2 tablespoons olive oil

  8. 2 tablespoons canola oil

  9. 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper

  10. 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

  11. 4 tablespoons Chili Piquin Nuts*

  1. Boil the pomegranate juice until reduced to 3/4 to 1/2 cup in a small sauce pan. Remove from heat and cool. Mix orange juice, reduced pomegranate juice and SPLENDA Granulated Sweetener in a blender. With the blender still running, slowly add the oil until well blended. Toss pomegranate vinaigrette in a bowl with mixed greens, onion, sweet and spicy candies, salt and pepper and sprinkle the goat cheese on top.
