  1. 1 lb Beef, cut in strips

  2. 1/4c Soy sauce

  3. 1 T Worcestershire sauce

  4. 1/4t Hickory salt

  5. 1/2t Onion salt

  6. 1/2t Garlic powder

  7. 1 t Black pepper -dash hot sauce

  1. + Directions : Combine all the ingredients and marinate in the fridge for at least 8 hours, mixing occasionally. Then, skewer the marinated strips on bamboo skewers (or toothpicks) and hand the strips in the oven with a pan below to catch the drippings. Set the oven on it's lowest setting (100 - 150 F. ) and use something to keep the door ajar. The jerky should be dry after 8 - 10 hours. Makes 4 servings. From: Steve Herrick Date: 05-14-92
