  1. 1 pound ground beef

  2. 10 slices white bread

  3. 6 eggs

  4. 3 cups milk

  5. 1 teaspoon dry mustard

  6. 1 teaspoon salt

  7. 2 cups cheddar cheese -- shredded

  8. 2 teaspoons parsley

  1. Preparation : In skillet, cook and stir ground beef until brown. Remove crusts from bread and cut into 1/2-inch cubes. Blend eggs, milk, mustard and salt. Stir in cheese, parsley, meat and bread cubes. ( I froze at this stage) Pour into ungreased baking dish. Bake uncovered 1 hour or until center is set. To serve, cut into squares.
