  1. 2 cup(s) (8 ounces) Morningstar Farms® Meal Starters™ Veggie Steak Strips

  2. 2 teaspoon(s) vegetable oil

  3. 2 cup(s) fajita vegetable mix*

  4. 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice or lime juice

  5. 4 flour tortillas

  6. Salsa

  7. Fat-free sour cream

  8. Shredded Monterey Jack cheese

  1. In large nonstick frying pan coated with cooking spray, cook and stir steak strips over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until hot. Remove from frying pan.

  2. Add oil to frying pan. Add vegetables. Cook and stir for 1 to 2 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in steak strips. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

  3. Spoon onto tortillas. Wrap up. Serve immediately with salsa, sour cream, and/or cheese.
