  2. SPAGHETTI WITH OIL & GARLIC

  6. 12 cl Garlic

  7. 1/4 c Olive oil

  8. 4 qt Water

  9. 1 1/2 tb Salt

  10. 1 lb Spaghetti

  11. 1 1/2 c Chicken stock

  12. 1 c Chopped parsley

  13. Black pepper, fresh ground

  14. Grated Parmesan cheese

  15. 1. Peel garlic cloves. Mince 6 of them and set aside.

  16. Slice the remaining garlic.

  17. 2. Heat the oil in a small skillet. Add sliced garlic

  18. and cook over medium heat stirring occasionally, until

  19. golden brown.

  20. 3. Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil. Stir in salt,

  21. add spaghetti and cook until firm yet tender. Do not

  22. over cook. Drain, and transfer to a pot.

  23. 4. Add the chicken broth to the past and simmer until

  24. most of the broth has been absorbed.

  25. 5. Stir in the garlic and oil mixtrue, then the minced

  26. garlic and parsley. Toss thoroughly.

  27. 6. Divide the pasta among heated plates, pour any

  28. remaining broth over the pasta, and served immediately

  29. accompanied by lots of grated cheese and freshly

  30. ground black pepper.
