  3. 1/4 cup finely diced red onions

  4. 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese

  5. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

  6. 2 slices Roman Meal Bread

  7. 6 leaves baby romaine lettuce

  8. 6 cherry tomato halves

  1. Combine chicken, dressing, red onions, cheese and parsley in small bowl.

  2. Place 3 lettuce leaves on toast. Top each with 1/2 cup chicken salad. Garnish with tomatoes if desired.
